Refund Policy

General Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days on unworn, full-priced items. All sale items are final sale. 

For Returns

Items must be unworn and have their original tags intact. Our jewelry is made of natural materials that are inherently fragile—to receive a refund, your item must be sent in the original packaging and the original shipping box.  Jewelry sent in an envelope or a ZULIVA box in an envelope will not be accepted.

 

There is a 10% restock fee per returned item. Shipping charges are not refunded. We can provide a return shipping label via FedEx for a flat rate of $12 deducted from your return amount. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Damaged goods due to buyer negligence will be sent back to the customer. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the product is received in good condition. To start the return process, please contact info@zulivajewelry.com

For Exchanges

If you wish to return an item for store credit, the items must be unworn and have their original tags intact. Our jewelry is made of natural materials that are inherently fragile—to receive a credit, your item must be sent in the original packaging and the original shipping box.  Jewelry sent in an envelope or a ZULIVA box in an envelope will not be accepted.

 

Once we receive the piece, we will email you a store credit code for the full amount of the original item. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. We can provide a return shipping label via FedEx for a flat rate of $12 deducted from your store credit. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
